Dear Readers,

I am a Oneness Blessing Giver living in NYC. Giving and receiving the blessing has changed my entire life. My perception and experience of life is completely different and will never be the same!

Giving the blessing moves me into a peace state of deep awareness that allows me to experience life as it actually is and not.

I am finally truly living.

Awakening into Oneness

Awakening into Oneness is a gift from the universe/divine. This awakening is a biological happening by which the brain experiences each sense one at a time.

I know this because I have experienced it and so have many others all over the world. It is not a gift that I give to anyone as a OBG (oneness blessing giver). It is a gift that the universe is giving to itself. Just as the body heals itself from a bruise, so the universe heals itself from ignorance, suffering and the illusion of separation.

I can feel the pain of every human being, because their pain is no different from my own, we are not separate. I can feel the same anger, jealousy, fear, guilt, hurt, loneliness and craving for love because it is the same in each and everyone of us. Their pain is my pain and my pain is their's. There is no separation. The separation is an illusion born of ignorance. A great man once told me that we are separate because we think we are, but to know this isnt enough; it must be one's experience.

There is no greater pain than the pain of separation. I am no stranger to this pain. A pain that is so unbareable death seems like a good escape. What you don't know is that your very existence is the root of all your pain and suffering and in the absence of the feeling that you are there, is peace, bliss, emptiness and fullness. It is the feeling that you have never lived until that moment and although it is pure and great if you try to hold on to it, it slips away.

There is no greater pain than having experienced oneness and then feeling separate, but once it comes it will come back sure enough, always longer and better than the last time. Don't let it fool you-experiences come and go.

If you are asking the question: Is it permanent? The mere fact that you are asking means the answer is no. (Stinks does'nt it!)

Suffering does not co-exist with the presence. The presence is divine/universal consciousness. Man's suffering is inherent to man's consciousness alone. Ask the presence to come into your heart.

Oneness Blessing [THE PROOF]

This is an excerpt from an email sent to me by one of the participants that attends weekly oneness blessings at ourlighthouse:

Awakening of the Divine Within

Dear Readers,

It is my experience that a human being's connection with the divine is priceless. By this I mean that all other things come with this relationship. If one's relationship with the divine is solid and the presence of the divine can be felt, heard and even seen, I would say this human being is very lucky.

There are endless possibilities when you can relate to the divine and receive a response. If you feel you have this sort of connection try any or all of the following:

Ask the divine [does'nt matter how you perceive the divine form or formless etc.] to heal you heart and fill your heart with its divine presence. Ask to hear the divine speak to you clearly and to guide you.

Spiritual Growth /Sprituality/ Happiness

Dear Readers,

Many people speak of spiritual achievement, spiritual growth;spiritual improvement. It is my firm belief that growth can only occur when one knows where they are at any given moment. By this I do not mean to say that one should measure his/her "powers", chakra's, energy, awakening or compare themselves to another person or a being one takes to be greater than oneself. No. By this I mean only one thing. Ask yourself: Are you happy? Are you happy ? No this is not a typo! ARE YOU HAPPY? If you are not happy then there is room for improvement.

If you are not happy or think you are happy here are seven questions you can ask yourself:

1) Are your relationships healed?
2) Is your heart filled with divine love or pain?
3) Do u feel lonely when you are alone?
4) Do you feel anxious and tired for seemingly no reason.
5) Do you find your self not attracting the things you want as much as you focus on them?
6) Do you accept the experiences in your life?
7) Do you feel like something is missing?

If you have decided that you are not happy. Come and experience the Oneness Blessing.
